Purpose
Section titled “Purpose”This document defines the long-term vision of the Wovyr AI Platform.
It establishes why the platform exists, the problems it solves, the customers it serves, and the principles guiding its evolution over the next decade.
This document is the highest-level architectural and business document in the repository. Every engineering decision, roadmap item, product requirement, and architectural design should align with this vision.
Executive Summary
Section titled “Executive Summary”Artificial Intelligence is transforming software development, enterprise automation, robotics, cybersecurity, scientific computing, and business operations.
However, today’s AI ecosystem remains fragmented.
Developers are required to combine numerous independent technologies:
- LLM providers
- Vector databases
- Workflow engines
- Scheduling systems
- Plugin frameworks
- API gateways
- Memory systems
- Authentication
- Monitoring
- Cloud deployment
Each project reinvents the same infrastructure.
The Wovyr AI Platform exists to eliminate this fragmentation.
Rather than offering another AI framework, Wovyr provides a complete enterprise platform for building, orchestrating, deploying, and operating intelligent autonomous systems.
Product Focus (2026 Repositioning)
Section titled “Product Focus (2026 Repositioning)”As of 2026-07-14 (ADR-0011, PRD-005), the platform is the engine; the product is the Generative UI Trust Runtime — the infrastructure that lets AI agents render rich, interactive interfaces to humans safely, auditable, and with a durable human-in-the-loop decision cycle.
Software interfaces are shifting from hard-coded pages to interfaces generated at runtime around user intent. That shift breaks the web’s security assumptions: a generated form can be a hallucinated phishing vector, prompt injection can manifest as UI, and no system of record can prove what an AI actually showed a user. Wovyr owns that missing layer, as three combined plays:
- The trust & security layer for generative UI — every generated frame is policy-validated, constrained to a declarative component vocabulary, sandboxed, and recorded in a tamper-evident audit chain before a human sees it.
- Generative UI for enterprise internal tools — the beachhead vertical: governed, self-generating operational surfaces on the platform’s tenancy, RBAC, and audit.
- The UI runtime for the agent economy — the embeddable, MCP-addressable runtime any agent uses to show a human something and durably await a decision.
Everything below — the platform vision, subsystems, and principles — remains the foundation this product is built on, prioritized strictly by what the trust runtime needs. Building a consumer browser is an explicit non-goal.
Vision Statement

Non-Goals

- Replace LLM providers.
- Train foundation models.
- Be tied to a single cloud vendor.
- Require proprietary infrastructure.
- Lock users into specific technologies.
- Build a consumer web browser (ADR-0011 §4: distribution economics make this unwinnable; the trust-layer value is capturable without owning the chrome).
- Invent a proprietary generative-UI standard (open shapes are adopted and mapped; the runtime and enforcement point are the product).
- Render raw model-authored HTML/JavaScript (the constrained component vocabulary is the load-bearing security decision).
